What is Hypnobabies Hypnobirthing?
The in-person Hypnobabies Hypnobirthing course is a complete, 6-week childbirth education program. You and, if you wish, your birth partner, begin the course between 22-32 weeks gestation. Our class will meet for 2.5-3 hours each week. Throughout our 6 weeks together, I will teach you medical-grade self-hypnosis, which allows you to create “hypno-anesthesia” to enable a peaceful, joyful, comfortable birth of your baby. The program also covers all the topics that will help you be informed and prepared for childbirth, including reproductive anatomy, eating healthily during pregnancy and postpartum, stages of birthing, birth planning, baby care planning, dilation and effacement, breast- and chest-feeding, postpartum mental health, Cesarean birth, and baby care.

How can I register for private Hypnobabies classes?
The first step to registration is complete the interest form. From there, I will give you a call, and we will make sure that Hypnobabies fits your needs. Then I will direct you to the registration website. After you have completed registration and paid the $150 deposit, I will make sure you have access to our pre-class hypnosis tracks, which you will listen to prior to our first session. Then the remaining balance of $125 is due one week before the class begins.
How much do Hypnobabies classes cost?
The course fee is $275, which will pay for:
the complete, 18-hour Hypnobabies childbirth education program,
Hypnobabies Student Workbook,
Hypnobabies Scripts Booklet,
Quick Reference Booklet/Birth Partner’s Guide,
all handouts,
a Hypnobabies tote.
